Weekend Workshop
If anyone spends a moment of reflection about what do we think during an orgasm, we can easily realize the answer will always be nothing. While your body is experiencing brief and fleeting ecstasy, there is no room in your mind for other thoughts. This is the energy of tantra, where you feel only the flow of energy flooding your body without worry or contemplation over any matters. Tantra masters believe this is a feeling that can be experienced all day, every day once the energy of the kundalini is unblocked.
The kundalini is visualized as a snake like coil of pure energy that resides at the base of the spine, and is referred to as a serpent. The idea is to move this energy up through the spine and all the levels of the chakras so it can unite and join with the crown chakra. During this workshop you can learn certain rituals or techniques to awakan the kundalini and to raise sexual energy upwards.
During the weekend you will have a taste of Tantra as a sacred path. You will learn techniques to honor your partner, to deepen your connection and to ritualise a whole or part of a day with your partner.

Our life is a continuous learning. In todays world, we are taught how to do almost everything in life, yet when it comes to lovemaking, most people learn sexual skills in all the wrong places, such as magazines, pornography, uninformed peers and through awkward experiences with people who are also in the dark.
People wrongfully beleive that their sexual experiences are based on performance. They generally think that good sex is both partners merely achieving orgasm. This goal-oriented sex not only places a lot of pressure on both lovers, but also can lead to mechanical and mind active sex, not love making.
Tantric lovemaking is to be totally in the moment, where time stands still and you have no urge to be anywhere or do anything else except BE! Achieving a guilt free, natural sexuality and reclaiming your inner power is the first step.
Tantra explores our sexuality and sensuality as a conscious meditation. Tantra shows you a beautiful, spiritual and loving way of living your life and belongs in the same realm as Yoga and meditation. If you were going to learn either of these practices properly you would go to classes. Because it is a sexual experience and practice, and is still greatly misunderstood, many people find it difficult to get their head around. It would be a great experience to see people going they Tantra Classes just as they are with Yoga today.
